Louisville Golf’s Shipping Policy



All carriers are experiencing delays, and deliveries may take longer than expected.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide updates or information on your shipment once it leaves our facility.  If you require further assistance, please contact the carrier.


The safety of our employees is top priority.  With COVID precautions in place and unprecedented demand in the market, we are experiencing delays in order fulfillment on many of our products.  While we are building golf clubs as quickly as we can without sacrificing our famous quality standards, we do recognize that many items are facing an extended lead time.

Since 1974 we have confidently backed our products with very high-quality standards and want you to receive the best golf club possible.  We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience. 

Current Lead Times may vary from 1-2 weeks before shipment.

Louisville Golf has recently partnered with Navidium Shipping Protection, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions.  Navidium Shipping Protection offers first rate shipping insurance with seamless claim filing for a variety of shipping issues.  By selecting Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.  

By deselecting package protection, Louisville Golf is NOT liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit.

Customers may select USPS or FedEx where services are available.  If you select USPS, and your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office for more accurate information or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777.  Calling the National number usually results in much longer hold times, than calling your local post office.  If your package is marked as delivered but you do not see it, check with your neighbors first then call your local post office or FedEx as soon as possible.  Due to COVID-19 there has been an increase in lost and delayed packages, and we highly encourage the use of Navidium Shipping Protection.


Our standard shipper is UPS.  UPS only accepts physical addresses, no P.O. Boxes.  Please choose Priority Mail if you wish to ship to a P.O. Box or APO.

We do not ship on holidays, Saturday, or Sunday.


  • Memorial Day:  May 29th
  • Independence Day:  July 4th
  • Labor Day:  September 4th
  • Thanksgiving/Black Friday:  November 25-26th
  • Christmas/Year End Factory Shutdown:  December 22nd- January 3rd


We are currently experiencing delays on engraving orders.  The current lead time is 3 weeks.  Engraving orders typically have a 3-day lead time before shipping.


There may be additional import taxes, customs duties and/or fees due upon delivery.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
