Our product is made to order...
When you order online, or call your order in, we select the head, shaft and grip combination that pertains to your purchase. Modern golf club orders take between 5 and 7 business days to be assembled and then shipped; hickory-shafted orders can take up to 2 weeks to assemble and ship based on the orders we have in house.
Hickory-shafted orders take longer because of our dedication to keeping them authentic. Please allow for this extra time when ordering, or if you have a need special to the timing of its delivery do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to accommodate if we are able.

RUSH UPGRADE (Not available online, please call)
A $25 Rush Upgrade fee is charged to expedite your order to ship the next business day by UPS Next Day Air for in-stock items. (This service is not available for most Hickory-shafted clubs. Please call for availability.) UPS Next Day Air charges are not included in the Rush Upgrade fee and are the customer’s responsibility. The Rush Upgrade fee takes your order to the front of the custom order queue and delivers your purchase as quickly as possible. The Rush Upgrade is not available online, please call to order. We will work with you to get your order to you when you need it.
Louisville Golf ships the world over, wherever UPS and the U.S. Postal Service deliver. Duties and taxes are a separate cost apart from our shipping charge; we do not handle these fees on LouisvilleGolf.com. These fees are the customer's responsibility in the country of origin and subject to their specific protocol.
Return authorization is required. Please call 1-800-456-1631 to verify return requirements and obtain return authorization. Returns on clubs other than non-engraved steel-shafted putters and individual NIBLICK Persimmon fairway woods are charged a 10% restock fee on the full invoice charge of your order. NIBLICK sets carry a 10% restock fee. Customer pays shipping fees both ways. Applicable clubs are non-returnable after 30 days of purchase. Ask when ordering if you are unsure if your club is being built with non-returnable options. Non-returnable options include, but are not limited to, engraving, loft or lie adjustments and special-order shafts. Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from us.
on steel-shafted putters and NIBLICKs
If you are not completely satisfied with your Louisville Golf steel-shafted putter (non-engraved) or NIBLICK Persimmon fairway wood (this includes EZ3, Utility and Versatility models), return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. NIBLICK wood sets of three or more carry a 10% restock fee. Money-Back Guarantee not valid after 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to engraved putters, Hickory-shafted putters and custom-ordered shafts on NIBLICK fairway woods.
We stand fully behind every product we make in our Louisville factory. In the rare event of a playable defect we will replace or repair the product and promptly return it at no charge. With nearly 40 years of history in the golf equipment business we are sure you will be happy with your custom-built Louisville Golf club.
UPS DAMAGED MY LOUISVILLE GOLF CLUB
In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit you will need to contact UPS before you send the club back to us for a replacement. Please DO NOT return damaged clubs to Louisville Golf without prior authorization; packages damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and subject to their protocol for reimbursement. Call UPS toll free 1-800-742-5877 in this unlikely event. We are happy to help with this rare occurrence, we simply need your assistance in expediting the claim by following this process.
